Luna Park Tourist Publication
St Kilda Council

This vibrant multipage tourist guide takes you on a journey through the vibrant streets of St Kilda. The mission? To inform, captivate and inspire local and international tourists to explore the stellar sights of St Kilda’s dynamic cultural hub post Covid 19 lockdown. The publication takes the reader on a unique  journey through the most popular tourist attractions (Acland Street, Luna Park, The Esplanade Hotel, St Kilda Pier etc…

Drawing inspiration from the diverse interests of the target audience (young millennial backpackers) I aimed to elevate the user experience to new heights, incorporating interactive elements such as a user-friendly map for seamless navigation, and an engaging treasure hunt that adds an element of excitement and reward at the end of the publication.

The publication's key objectives were to create an innovative and creatively rich design for the St Kilda council that educates readers about the location. This publication did this to a high level with meticulous attention to detail ensuring a harmonious blend of consistency and balance across each spread, creating a visually engaging experience. The cohesive and complementary color palette breathed life into the design, infusing it with vibrancy and depth. While the use of brushed typography overlaying the imagery added an edgy, street-style flair that resonated perfectly with the dynamic culture of St Kilda. Each element was carefully crafted to reflect the essence of the town, resonating with the values of the target audience immersing them into the rich tapestry of St Kilda's identity.
